    Before I met Kirk I'd always looked at personal training as a bit of a rip off having spent a lot of time in the gym watching disinterested trainers just making people run on the treadmill whilst they were on their mobile phone texting friends. 

    I felt that unless I could find a trainer who wanted to help me achieve my goals and showed an active interest in doing so then it wasn't worth spending the money. Fortunately Kirk came highly recommended and after my first session I was able to see why. I love training hard and pushing myself to my limits and he not only helped me to push myself harder and to motivate myself even more than before but he also gave good advice on lifestyle changes.

    I can see why a lot of people recommend him, he is very knowledgeable and after only a short time I was achieving great results, I had a lot of positive comments from people who I worked with and my overall health made significant improvement. I would recommend Kirk to anyone provided they are willing to put in the focus and dedication.

    Kirk is by far one of the best coaches/training mentor I've had the pleasure of working with. His attention to detail is none that I had experienced before, also, I found his straight-talking, tell it like it is approach refreshing. My goal was to once and for all commit to getting in the best shape of my life with Kirk's continuous guidance I achieved that goal in five months. Mentally you doubt yourself but having Kirk there to reassure you and help draw comparisons through his own experiences really helped. If you follow exactly what Kirk tells you to do you will achieve your fitness goal, of that there is no doubt. I can't recommend Kirk highly enough.

    I played football with Kirk for Coventry City 10 years ago.. Since then I have had constantly been in and out of the gym getting in good shape and then losing focus and becoming out of shape within a month or 2. I decided i really wanted to see myself and my very best physically and mentally and knew I needed more knowledge in terms of training & nutrition and also extra motivation to do that.

    I got back in touch with Kirk in October 2013 after seeing all his success from modelling & Personal Training, Since then I never really looked back, His knowledge & experience on everything from training methods to nutrition, dealing with social events whilst dieting to the proper rest etc is fantastic. In January 2014 we decided to set myself a goal of booking in a fitness shoot for May 14 once my football season was over, The pressure of knowing I had to be at my best for a certain date was brilliant and it gave everything an extra purpose. In May I did my shoot and now have a portfolio that I am really proud of! What you sometimes may forget when thinking about getting in contact with Kirk to do a transformation or looking for help getting into shape is the amount you learn along the way not only about nutrition and training but also about yourself mentally and physically, What foods your body reacts best too also what type of training and frequency is best for you.

    During a 12 week online programme, the main goal that we had discussed was to reduce body fat and fat and add on some lean muscle mass. I started this programme with no gym experience and motivation. Over the 12 week period the programme was physically gruelling and mentally tough, but there was unconditional support from Kirk. Each week, every little detail was checked and relayed on to me. Subtle changes in diet and training over the 12 week programme has overall changed my body. Kirk's so easy to work with, no nonsense, no lying, just pure honestly and that's how you get results!!!

    Kirk miller is my biggest inspiration to date. I came out of a 5 yr relationship, out of shape and lacking confidence. So I decided to change my life and Kirk miller was recommended. This without doubt was life changing and I could not of asked for more a professional, focused yet sincere guy to help me get on track. His programs were relentless and the diet was so easy to follow. Phone calls once a week from him, and every call was memorable with his training stories (hilarious).     My journey with Kirk started in 2010, I checked in at Toronto airport about to board a flight home after a crazy few weeks travelling all over Canada. At this point of my life I weighed over 18stone and just turned 19 years old that month, I felt un-happy with my body which had a impact on my confident when going out and socialising etc. Prior to boarding my flight I went to purchase a few magazines where I came across Men's Health UK edition, this was the first fitness magazine I had ever picked up let alone purchased to read. At the time, who would have thought the fitness model gracing the MH's cover would later go on to be my Personal Trainer and good friend ...

    I read the magazine on the flight home and came across Kirk's story. I felt inspired by Kirk's journey to winning the MH competition and reading that he is based in Coventry which is also my home town. Let alone the fact I was reading all of this from the other side of the world. This motivated me to join the gym and do something about my life style and levels of fitness, I got into the gym and focused on building my endurance and increasing my fitness levels by running. I was uneducated on how I should have gone about weight loss at the time, I also had a lack of confidence to even attempt to hit any weight training. However I spent a year at it and managed to lose over 4 stone through running, I felt good with myself at the time, however my biggest fear was losing motivation and putting the weight back on.

    I unexpectedly then met Kirk in person at a work Christmas party, I spoke to Kirk in more detail about his tailored services and my journey at the time with my weight loss. Even after a 10 minute conversation with Kirk, he had educated and motivated me to continue to work hard and most importantly, HIT WEIGHTS! A few months later I booked in with Kirk to have a few personal training sessions. Kirk put my on track with my diet plan which was tailored to help me meet my personal goals which was to lose the remainder of fat and to tone up.

    Kirk also helped me overcome my fear of weight training by introducing me to one of his famous leg work outs (I had DOMS for 4 days). Along with the constant mentoring, workouts and diet/supps plans, this allowed me lose a further stone. I went from 112kg down to 77kg, total 35kg weight loss (5.5 stone)

    Kirk has a diverse client base and has the ability to adapt and tailor his service to meet the needs of all his clients. Kirk also practises what he preaches and has in depth knowledge of health and fitness, I therefore trust his judgement and take onboard all the advice Kirk gives.

    I am currently working with Kirk at the moment to achieve my aim which is to lose the remainder of my body fat around my hips and waist in preparation for my brothers wedding this August. I look forwards to achieving my goal and working with Kirk in the future to establish new aims and the plan of action needed to achieve these.

    To conclude, if I hadn't have come across Kirk's Men's Health Cover and read his journey, I doubt I would have the fitness levels and achieved what I have so far. So if you're 100% committed to making a change, to better yourself to achieve your goals. Kirk's your man!

    Kirk was a great trainer to work with. I'd always been a fan of fitness and a regular at the gym but my body hadn't shown any signs of improvement for years. He introduced me to weight training which was not only far more fun that how I had been training but the changes in my body after only a few weeks gave me the confidence to get on stage and actually compete in fitness. The diet was based on good whole clean food. It was completely personalised to me and what I wanted to achieve unlike commercial diets. Training with Kirk has ignited a real passion for fitness & nutrition within me, I have learnt so much from him that will continue to benefit me for the rest of my life.

    I first started training with Kirk in Sept 2013, and at first was really apprehensive about training with weights, and walking into a new gym for the first time. But Kirk is one of the most approachable blokes I know and has motivated me to where I am now with his advice and guidance.     I've had a few personal trainers in my time and none of them could ever get me in shape. 

    It was a couple of months before getting married and I wanted to be in the best shape of my life.

    Whilst I have been training for many years and read many magazines on nutrition and training, having Kirk for 6 weeks provided me with optimum knowledge on food, supplementation and training, however the most important factor was a weekly call to discuss results and motivation.     I first came across Kirk and his transformation plans on Facebook. I was impressed, but had my doubts that these transformations could be achieved in just 12 weeks. I knew of Kirk and his connections to Grenade, and looked into his work and plans further.

    I eventually made the decision to contact Kirk through his website, and had an initial discussion about my goals. Once these had been decided, I began a 12 week personalised training and diet plan, suited to my lifestyle and nutritional needs. I stayed in contact with Kirk regularly, with photo updates of my progression every two weeks. 

    The advice and information given was outstanding, and I received plenty of support to keep me committed to achieving my goals. The training plan was easy to follow, and the meal plan was easy to prepare. I was able to eat regularly without starving myself, and without having to spend a fortune on expensive ingredients. I followed kirks orders exactly (not even a single cheat day!), and was amazed that this plan had given me the results I had asked for. 

    Kirk was a great mentor throughout the 12 weeks, and the experience was well worthwhile. Not only has my physique improved, but my diet knowledge and training techniques have also been developed. I am now able to use this plan in the future with the knowledge and belief that amazing results can be achieved. I would highly recommend this transformation plan to anyone serious about their physique.

    Before starting my 12 week transformation with Kirk, I wasn't sure whether I would get what I wanted out of the 12 weeks; how wrong I was!

    rom the first phone call to the last email, Kirk was always there to answer questions, at any time of the day, whether that was about food, training or other general stuff! We initially planned to do a 6 week programme but after a long chat we decided another 6 weeks would benefit me better; 6 weeks lean bulk, 6 weeks cut. 

    When I got sent the first week of my new bulk diet, I thought 'wow...that is a lot of food!' - at first I thought that was an over excessive amount of food but after my first day training, all the food was definitely necessary! 

    Throughout the process it was extremely hard to stay focussed, especially during the cutting phase, but Kirk was always on hand for that motivational text, or phone call, when training and diet was tough. 

    I learnt a lot about diet and training over these 12 weeks, but as well as this, I learnt a lot about me as a person. I am now able to further my knowledge and carry on using what I have learnt, to better myself, for what comes in the future. I can honestly say that as well as Kirk being my online personal trainer, he was a great friend at the same time during the 12 weeks I was a client.

    After meeting Kirk for the 1st time I knew he would change my life! His sessions are tough but listening to him regarding diet and training helped me get from overweight to competition shape.     I decided i wanted to get into shape for an upcoming holiday. I had known Kirk previously and knew he was one of the best in the business. I completed a six week online training programme, I was given a diet and training regime to strip fat and gain lean muscle. Kirk was at hand to offer support, advice and motivation when needed. We had weekly phone calls to monitor progress, with photos along the way so the programme could be adapted specifically to me. As you can see from my pictures i achieved my goal of having a six pack in six weeks.

    Kirk offered professional advice around diet, supplementation, training and much needed motivation! He was able to adapt my diet as the weeks went on to ensure i achieved my goal. I will definately continue to seek his advice and knowledge as a personal trainer and highly recommend him to anyone seeking a better body and level of fitness.

    ‚??Kirk helped me achieve my lifetime goal of getting a front cover….‚?Ě

    Back in 2010 i started a fat loss transformation journey. Towards the end of my 50kg total loss journey, i was asked to feature in Mens Fitness, which was just an incredible honour and something i was incredible excited about.

    I had used a previous coach to help me prepare for this photoshoot, however he proved to be incredibly unprofessional and used unhealthy methods. 8 weeks out from the photoshoot, with still some progress to be made, i turned to Kirk. Kirk had been, and still is, a massive inspiration to me and someone i knew could help me achieve the desired results i needed - to drop some more body fat while trying to add some good muscle.

    For 8 weeks he designed my nutritional plan, exercise plan and was on the phone whenever i needed him. He was more than a coach for me, he turned into a truly great friend. Putting aside Kirks great knowledge & experience in the industry, he showed me a new level of training i wasn‚??t used to at the time. He motivated me in ways i could only have imagined and i‚??m proud to have worked with him to achieve my goal. To this day, 5 years on, i still haven‚??t had a PT train me as hard as Kirk has….. in a good way!

    8 weeks went past very quickly and i achieved amazing results. I managed to add some muscle while still dropping body fat, and although my journey then had only really started, compared to where i am now (almost 5 years on), i achieved an 8 page feature in the UK Mens Fitness magazine and actually was put on the front cover of the Australian Mens Fitness edition.

    I owe a lot to Kirk and i truly believe that if it wasn‚??t for his help, guidance and ultimately motivation & friendship, i wouldn‚??t be where i am today.

    I first contacted Kirk in 2011 because although I was slim and reasonably fit, I wanted to be toned and was aware that my diet was poor. I had heard of Kirk through a family friend and then saw a spread on him in the local newspaper. As soon as I got in contact with him, due to his obvious passion, I knew that he was going to be a great trainer and have a fantastic influence and impact on my life. This was definitely the case!

    Kirk constantly keeps me motivated, by setting realistic goals and pushing me to my limits every session and this in turn gets amazing results! Every session with Kirk is a constant challenge which re-motivates me for the following week. I have made huge progress in strength and stamina through Kirk's guidance.

    He has become a great friend to me as well as being my trainer and the strong relationship we have definitely helps in every aspect. He has helped me become stronger, not only physically but more mentally. Giving up with Kirk is never an option! He kicks my ass in the gym once a week and sets my workouts for the rest of the week. He also sets and updates my diet regularly and tailors it around my work. Without the help and guidance of Kirk there is no way that I would have made the transformation I have. He is one amazing trainer who undoubtedly gets amazing results!
